Toddlers love to discover the world in motion by walking, running, climbing stairs or furniture. It would seem that their energy is endless. You can't take your eyes off them for a moment without risking finding your cell phone flooded with water (don't ask how we know!). At the same time, children at this age understand more and more words, they start to communicate using them. They love to imitate adults, they are entertained by energetic music and games.

Classes usually involve parents, but if the child is coping independently, parents can just observe.

Children at this age grow quickly, becoming stronger and more confident. They like to climb, jump (preferably on the bed!), run and push various objects. Their hands and fingers are able to perform more precise movements, such as unfastening buttons, unscrewing bottles, etc. They understand more and more words and repeat what they hear. However, they are still not always able to express their feelings and desires, which can lead to sudden mood changes. At this age, they become more interested in playing and games with other children.

45-minute class. Warm-up and presentation of exercise principles. Group class with instructor. Developing basic gymnastics skills such as safe tumbling, tumbling, body balancing, grappling etc. Weekly challenges to gain new skills. A game to finish and high-five!
Confident 3-4 year olds happily jump on the bed, climb or run up the stairs, or stand on one leg. They are able to follow instructions with greater accuracy. Learning at this age enters the next, important level. Children start asking questions: "what is this?", "why?" and "why not?". Children begin to understand simple rules of games and fun, but sticking to them can still be a problem. Friends and colleagues with whom children like to spend time and play begin to occupy an important place in their lives. Well, maybe apart from cases of quarrels over a favorite toy.

55-minute classes. Warm-up and presentation of exercise principles. Group classes with an instructor. Development of basic gymnastic skills such as: safe falling, somersaults, body balancing, catching, etc. Weekly challenges aimed at acquiring new skills. Ending game and high five!
At this stage of development, children are actively developing their sports skills. They eagerly explore narrow beams, climb ladders and overcome obstacle courses. They are able to learn more complex commands and perform sequences of movements with greater precision. At the same time, we observe the dynamic development of their social skills. Children enjoy playing in a group, often finding their best friend in it. They aspire to be perceived as "big kids" who can cope on their own and enjoy receiving compliments. At this age, toddlers are better at controlling their emotions, although defeats or losses can still cause them frustration.

They like group activities, they are more willing to share toys and help younger children. Children of this age group are familiar with activities led by adults and will have no problem following the instructor's instructions. At the same time, we observe the dynamic development of their social skills. Children enjoy playing in a group, often finding their best friend in it. They aspire to be perceived as "big kids" who can cope on their own and enjoy receiving compliments. At GYMbee you can organise unforgettable birthday parties for up to 30 children and other special events.
Birthdays
from 4 to 12 yo
Do you want to see a big smile on your child's face? Don't want to clean up after a birthday party? Come to GYMbee! We'll take care of the kids, have fun and clean up while you enjoy a worry-free day. Choose a party theme and bring a cake, we will organize the rest for you!
Tables and chairs for 10-30 children. Separate quiet area for parents. Entire gymnasium for a closed event. 1 hour programme of activities led by 2 instructors. 30 min party with cake and music.
Holiday activities
During the summer season we offer active holiday activities for older children in a sporty style.
Holidays
from 7 to 12 yo
Active vacations in GYMbee. We're having a great time in a sporty way. We invite all children who can't sit still to take part in our sports holiday activities on weekdays.
Maximum number of participants is 15 people. Classes on weekdays. Gymnastics, kick boxing, prevention of posture defects. Learning and improvement of selected gymnastic exercises.
